ndp practice early in the morning
from 8 to 12!!!
when it first started out it was fine luh.
but the runs became more frequent and the field is freaking big
THN when it got nearer to the afternoon...
damn the scorching sun...
i swear i could feel the heat rays penetrating through the flag
even though it's white and shiny
SUPPOSEDLY to reflect heat or radiation whatever

that's PATHETIC
i did put in the effort of 3-4 hrs
guess tht isnt enough
